North Colorado Family Medicine Residency Program is committed to celebrating diversity in all forms. The NCFM Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion committee has been actively involved in the process of eliminating opportunities for implicit bias in our applicant review and interview process. The DEI committee is involved in reviewing and revising policies to ensure that the residency experience at NCFM is equitable and anti-racist.
